1. Overview & Service Scope

Gardenscape provides design-led landscape advisory, container garden configuration, seasonal planting renewal, and routine garden maintenance services across Kolkata and nearby designated service areas. By browsing our website or submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Indicative Pricing & Quotations

All prices shown on this website (such as consultation fees starting at ₹799 or terrace installations starting at ₹4,999) are illustrative starting estimates. Outdoor spaces vary substantially in square footage, microclimates, existing soil quality, and logistical access. A binding quotation will only be issued following an initial site review and agreed scope of deliverables.

3. Booking Requests & Appointment Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through our online form does not constitute a guaranteed appointment or binding contract. All requests are subject to studio schedule availability, regional location feasibility, and confirmation via telephone or email from our team.

4. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

To perform on-site assessments and gardening care, clients must guarantee safe and unhindered access to the designated outdoor area at the agreed appointment time. Access to an active outdoor tap or reliable water supply and appropriate waste disposal facilities is required for planting and maintenance procedures.

5. Plant Health & Natural Variations

Plants are living biological organisms subject to weather extremes, fungal spores, pest cycles, sunlight fluctuations, and post-installation care. While Gardenscape exercises professional horticultural diligence in selecting hardy, climate-appropriate species, we cannot guarantee survival against extreme weather, inadequate watering by property occupants, or unforeseen pests once planted.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours advance notice for rescheduling or canceling a scheduled consultation visit. Inclement weather conditions (such as severe monsoon downpours or cyclones) may necessitate studio-initiated rescheduling to ensure crew safety and soil preservation.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom landscape drawings, concept schematics, plant palettes, and website design assets produced by Gardenscape remain the intellectual property of the studio unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement. Concept studies showcased on this website are illustrative architectural explorations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Gardenscape and its associates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural drainage faults, concealed underground utility damage, or unauthorized third-party plant treatment.
